Task
The main goal of the special project was to show that it is easy to equip the office in a short period of time and for the small budget using the Avito delivery service.
Ideas and solutions
We came up with several ideas for this project but the most operative and the final one was the one in which we are equipping the new office using Avito service. The BigPikcha.ru team recently changed our familiar open-space and rented an office in a small mansion on Polyanka. For a company that has been working all the time in open-spaces in coworking this was a real event which we talked about literally at every corner (and in every social media). We have developed a list of things we want to see in the new office that no matter what and interviewed at the same time each team member. We decided to challenge ourselfs and take 150 000 rubles to equip the office using the things that ordinary people all over Russia are selling on Avito. Within a month we ordered new things, we came to an agreement with people and took new furniture and other things necessary for a modern office: a sofa, a game console, a wine cabinet, pear-shaped poufs and etc. The first stage announced the beginning of purchases in the FB of opinion leaders. The next stage was filming a video about the new office and its arrangement with competitive mechanics: https://www.facebook.com/bigpictures.ru/videos/1895925203793208/ (in the comments it was necessary to guess the most approximate amount to the one that we spent on the office). The winner was received two promo codes for promotion on Avito. And in the end we released the final video removing the competitive mechanics.
