Task
The universal gym pass is a new form for every client. This is not just a pass for one gym but for all sports facilities. Our mission is to convince the clients that this form of pass not only has the right to exist but it is also a cool way to try new sports activities (besides it’s convenient and fast to book any classes).
Ideas and solutions
A completely new concept of managing was developed special for Instagram. Our profile in this website has a “talk” with subscribers like an online friend that can help to keep up with the sporting events, recommend a new training course and advise what to wear and what to take. We wanted to create an open and easy-going communication, without lectures about how many glasses of water you should drink a day or how to do a squat stand correctly. We also wanted to avoid any weight loss programs and maintain the concept «Sport is fun». Thanks to this concept we have achieved an increase of 7000 followers for 6 months.
