Ideas and solutions
The key idea of the online-project is to create a website — as simple as possible, with a tad of grotesque at some points but impressive and useful, it lives up to the expectations and needs of the main target audience — the barbers. These are quite busy people who live in the social networks, on Instagram. They do not have the time to go through the extra effects. Clear-cut and specific, they browse the website on their smartphones and wait for the entire stuff to be structured for them and presented in plain language. Without the boredom but also without the embarrassment over the guys. So it’s a serious goal to achieve. We’ve invited a number of top barbers from all over the world including Brazil, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Ukraine — they’ll show what they do best and not on Instagram videos but live, you’ll how and what to upgrade in your skills. Best domestic barbers of Russia will guide you through tough business process points (all those «transfers» to personal bank cards... you know the deal); how to form and run your social media strategy; what to do with your staff. During the previous 4 years we run some large amount of research work to understand the cultural context and user expectations of domestic barbers in Russia. We went through numerous solutions and tests, many ideas were rejected. We’ve sum up some unique experience — on it’s basis we managed to create an understandable case that allows to present an event on a high level of convenience and clarity, plus, of course, sell the tickets for the event. The community prefers personal communication, but we succeeded in transferring all steps to an online platform: presenting the information, signing up the visitors and selling the tickets. At the same time, we are always open to talk through the embedded chat window too. Of course, the intro video is epic. Guys and gals checked it out
