Ideas and solutions
Lenovo Chatbot for Gift-Hunters Execution: We created chatbots, each hiding surprise and started the gift-hunt. Bots were promoted in digital media. To engage offline audience we placed chatbot QR-codes in public spaces all over the city and gave tips where to find them in Instagram stories. Fans hunted for chatbots on the streets and connected with them via essential Messenger app. Chatbots gave recommendations about Lenovo`s products as New Year presents and engaged users to win one of Lenovo gadgets. Results: Reach - 320k People received personal gift ideas - 3100
