Task
This mobile app is basically an online store. Users are the furniture stores from all over Russia. Depending on the region there are the price differences, terms and conditions of delivery etc.
Ideas and solutions
We simplified the process of the order placement. We created it in the same way as for regular online stores. In case of getting your order incomplete or with defects you can also file a complaint using the app. Unauthorized user can get the retail price and see the retailers addresses. If you want to get a wholesale price, you have to sign up. The catalog, orders etc are integrated with 1C and updated in real time.
