Task
The goal is to create a single convenient tool for working with employees and their development - to evaluate and test employees, build a plan for their development, for convenient daily monitoring of the plan, work with budgets to train employees and receive any reports. New positioning: "QIWI EVERYTHING IS SIMPLE". Distribution channels - intranet, corporate magazine, leaders in the field. About 2000 employees and a unique HR-strategy of the company, based on the development of each employee.
Ideas and solutions
Together with the HR department of QIWI, we worked on the logic of the portal and created a map for three main categories of users: employee, manager (manager), HR manager. Have worked psychology of behavior, all sorts of custom scenarios, etc. We set ourselves an ambitious goal - 3 clicks to any goal. We managed to make the complex structure of the training and development portal easy and convenient to use, in many respects due to the easy design, ergonomic arrangement of the elements and serious work on user scenarios and customization of pages and content for the user. We conducted a series of photo sessions with employees to design the portal, so that employees felt involved, that this is their portal. And Our copywriter created an easy language of positive communication between the portal and visitors. After all, with QIWI everything is easier! And the resulting portal perfectly supports this positioning. We continue to work on the portal, adding new tests for employees, development tools and improving ui / ux. At the moment, more than 1500 people have passed all 5 types of feedback, discussed their results with the leader, made a plan for their development by choosing activities in the development window and follow the plan in their personal office, receiving awards for the passed stages and communicating, sharing successes with their colleagues.
