Task
A romantic comedy about life with HIV in the form of interactive web film tells a story of Katya, a 20-year old girl from Moscow born with HIV. Its goal is to speak to teenagers and young adults in their own language to destigmatise people with HIV and educate the audience on life with HIV, how it’s transmitted (or not) and what to do if you fall in love with a HIV positive person
Ideas and solutions
The interactive part is based on the viewer's knowledge about HIV: a correct answer takes you further in the main story, a wrong one opens an additional flashback episode telling a story from Katya's life about this particular aspect of life with HIV. The format of an interactive narrative film allows the audience to identify themselves and empathise with Katya by making choices that dramatically change her life for better or worse.
